approval is secured from the lender.
Once fully approved, the contract is received, and final financing numbers are confirmed,
Lyon issues the customer’s loan documents.
Once documents are signed, Lyon sends a “Clear to Start Construction” email to both the customer and contractor.
Stage payments are made as work is completed. Contractors submit photos through the Contractor Portal. Some lenders may require a signed Stage Release Form.
If applicable, submit a signed Verification Form and final project photo to receive the final payment.
